3. Commercial terms for website projects

For website projects, the commercial terms and delivery stages are communicated clearly in the offer and apply after the collaboration is confirmed.

• A 30% advance payment is required before the project starts.
• Within 3 business days after the advance payment is confirmed and the required information, content, or materials are received from the client, a first functional version (MVP) is delivered.
• The remaining 70% is paid when the website is completed, according to the contractual or commercial terms agreed for the project.
• The domain is purchased and owned directly by the client. TEKHERO Web Arts can assist with domain selection, purchase guidance, and setup or transition support.

The timeline for later stages may also depend on how quickly the client provides the required materials, feedback, and approvals.
